Cannot say enough about this practice - in particular Dr Mahoney and her technician, Nicole. They treat us like family, are so patient with all of the questions we have. Their knowledge of both disease (lymphoma) and treatment is extraordinary. We are so glad we found Dr Mahoney - she is giving us amazing quality time with our baby boy.

Our puppy had to be brought in from a boarding facility while we were in Dubai. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive with us and loving and caring to our puppy! They diagnosed him fast and provided us with constant updates regarding treatments, his health, and potential costs. They are true professionals and we were so lucky to have our puppy in their care. Loki is now recovering and doing great thanks to them! I highly suggest MedVet and their staff.

An incredibly compassionate and caring team, from the front desk to the techs, and the doctors. Special thank you to Dr. Owen, Dr. Rosenblatt, and Dr. Miller. They saved Snuggles’s life when her gallbladder ruptured. Dr. Owen was fantastic, and we were in communication everyday and sending photos. MedVet was also upfront and transparent with costs, which me and my family really appreciated. I highly recommend this team of wonderful veterinary professionals. I cannot thank you all enough for saving Snuggles’s life when the unexpected happens. Keep doing what you are doing and keep shining on, it’s a tough profession and I appreciate all you do. I brought my dog in at the suggestion of my primary Vet to get an ultrasound and meet with the internist. My appointment was scheduled smoothly, everyone was professional, friendly and supportive. Staff helped me with getting my dog out of the car and putting him back in as I had just had surgery and couldn't lift him. Dr Frischer was excellent. He explained everything very clearly. His knowledge of my dog's situation was excellent and he really put me at ease when going over everything. His explanations gave me a lot of relief in dealing with and understanding everything. Thank you to everyone for such great care.

It is a relief to have a place to bring your pet in an emergency, 24 hours a day. Is it expensive, yes. However, it is worth it. They have all the necessary equipment to diagnose what is happening to your pet, plus caring staff and veterinarians. My sweet Sheltie was ill and throwing up blood. If I had taken her to my regular vet I know I would have paid for the visit, x-ray & bloodwork to be sent out, then be advised to go for an ultrasound at MedVet. Instead, I went straight to MedVet. They examined her, did bloodwork and the ultrasound that she needed to rule out any tumors. Within less than two hours they called with the reading of the Ultrasound and bloodwork results. Thankfully she only had a bad case of Gastroenteritis, which she is recovering from. All the people I delt with were very kind and patient with me. Three years ago I had been there with another Sheltie love, who we did find out had cancer, so this brought back those difficult memories.

We watched my 4 year old tuxedo cat play with a foot long string ... and then it disappeared! We first were skeptical and called the number to get advice and were still unsure. We ultimately decided to show after looking around the house for an hour for the string around 1230am. Thank God we came here - from the front desk to the vet assistants, they felt given the time of onset the string didnt travel too far and safely induced vomiting. They approached us with each action and then - the string! Michelle Mordukhaev was very kind and saved our loved dummy. Price was reasonable and actions were taken quickly. Would recommend in an emergency situation for your fur baby!

Absolute life savers. We aren't strangers to this hospital, they saved quite a few of our dogs lives, especially now with my first ever dog Snowbell. When our backs were against the wall with fees, Dr. Miller and nurse Michele helped us dearly by reaching out to other doctors to aid us with an emergency surgery that was suited for our budget in speedy fasion. It literally saved her life, a minute longer and i would've had to wait decades and decades to see my Snowbells face again. And a big thanks to there front desk worker Denise for keeping us in check, responding to our calls fast & showing care and sympathy to our little furry members of the family. The whole staff is just outstanding. God bless you guy's and thank you for everything you've done and the lives you've saved.

The MedVet team is amazing. They are true experts in the field of animal care. They also are deeply empathetic and pure hearted. My dog, Chloe, couldn’t be saved unfortunately but the MedVet team made her feel at home and happy in her darkest moments. I will come back to them when I have the strength to get another dog. Thank you so much MedVet team for everything you did for Chloe.

Outstanding Care and Compassion at MedVet Norwalk Yesterday, I took my mom’s fur baby, Soju, to MedVet Norwalk, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and compassion and treated Soju with the absolute best care. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Morduchaer, Denise, Denixza, front desk receptionist , and Spencer—each of them was incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything and made sure Soju received the best possible treatment. Over the past few months, my mom experienced the heartbreaking loss of another fur baby. At the two previous vets we visited, the conversation immediately focused on high costs and a required 30% down payment—before even discussing treatment. We understand veterinary care is a business, but it was difficult to feel heard or supported in those moments. At MedVet, it was the complete opposite. They prioritized care, compassion, and communication first, and that made all the difference. We felt respected, supported, and reassured—and most importantly, Soju was treated with kindness and expertise. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care we received and highly recommend MedVet Norwalk to anyone looking for a veterinary team that leads with heart. 🐾💙

I took my dog Amigo to MedVet twice on Saturday, May 24. As soon as I got there Denise checked us in and was very concerned and compassionate as was the rest of the Staff. The doctors were wonderful, they took their time to explain everything to me and were also very compassionate. Denise totally understood and talked to me the whole time, she tried to calm me down and it worked. My overall experience was WONDERFUL!!!!
